How to book

Please email in the first instance to bookings@wildestdreamsphotography.co.uk stating when and where you would like the session to take place, and a little about yourself and your requirements.

Please also email any questions you may have prior to arranging a possible booking. All emails will be responded to. Our mailbox is checked at least daily, Monday to Friday.

When requesting a booking please give at least a few days notice. If possible, please offer alternative dates to enable us to find a mutually agreeable date and time for the session.

Please give plenty of notice if you require studio/dungeon hire for the session, as we will need to book a suitable location near to you.

Our photographers are available from 0900 to 1800 weekdays for normal bookings. Evening and weekend sessions by special arrangement.

Once we have corresponded by email and made a provisional booking, we require a £25.00 deposit to secure the booking. Please pay via the PayPal button below.

You may make changes to the date and time of a booking, subject to a suitable alternative session date/time being available.

If you cancel, rather than re arrange a booking within 7 days prior to the booked session date we will retain your deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel a session and return any monies paid without any further liability if circumstances beyond our control prevent our photographers attendance at the booked time and date.

We will require the balance of the session fee to be paid via Pay Pal or personnel cheque prior to the date of the session.

All other charges, ie. extra prints, albums, framing, dungeon/studio hire to be paid by Pay Pal or cheque prior to the dispatch of the finished prints.
