Booking a Photo Session
Please contact me by email or telephone. We can then discuss your aspirations and requirements by email or telephone. It is often possible to meet genuine potential clients in the Northwest to discuss the session in person and show my Wildest Dreams images portfolio prior to a firm booking being taken.

Please telephone in normal business hours, 0900 to 1800, Mon - Fri, if possible. Otherwise leave a message. I check my mail box at least daily Mon - Fri, and less frequently at weekends.
Please give a reasonable amount of notice if you require a specific date.
I do have some availability for evening and weekend booking slots but please give as much notice as possible if you require a session outside normal business hours.
Please also give sufficient notice if you require the hire of a studio, dungeon, or other location for the shoot. Once again, evening and weekend sessions need to be arranged well in advance.

I only require a small deposit of £25.00 to make a firm session booking. You may also make a provisional booking with details to be arranged later by paying the £25.00 deposit as a reservation fee. This is ideal if you wish to book a session as a gift for a partner. I will send a booking confirmation card for you to give to your partner as a present. The details of the session can then be agreed later at your convenience.
The balance of the session fee will be payable on the day of the session by cash or personnel cheque. Other print fees etc. to be paid by cheque prior to dispatch of the finished items.

I do accept on line credit/debit card payments. Please supply an email address if you wish to pay this way. I will then send you an email invoice.
I will accept changes to the booking date and time providing a suitable alternative date can be found, and will refund the deposit in full if a session is cancelled with at least 21 days notice. If a session is cancelled with less that 21 days notice I will retain your deposit.
If I have to cancel a session due to not being able to attend on a particular day, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund your session fee in full. This will be the limit of my liability in all instances.
